Our most sought after course, Impact is a 90 day regimented Leadership program designed for “selected” graduates of the Discovery and Breakthrough courses that allows participants the opportunity to integrate their experiences and knowledge gained during the Discovery and Breakthrough trainings in
order to produce and/or elevate extraordinary results in their lives.

Impact is a no nonsense, no excuse program that challenges its participants to elevate their level of participation in their lives in order to create results in the world in key areas such as career, finance, family, primary relationships, and health. Participants chart their progress through what we call an Individualized Program Agenda (IPA) that serves as their blueprint of success and gauge for progress throughout the training.

In addition to their IPA, participants are encouraged to create individualized projects that foster leadership and team building skills as well as increase management, organizational, relationship, time management and creative thinking skills.

Facilitated by Program Trainers and supported by one-on-one Coaches, Impact takes its participants out of the classroom and into the real world for a rewarding and experiential training that will impact their lives forever.
